Authentic Valencian experience with engaging and welcoming staff.
Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. The breakfast offerings were basic and repetitive, which became quite tedious after several days. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to work from our room. I also noticed some issues with the wardrobe hanger, which wasn’t properly secured, adding to the frustration.

What shines and what doesn’t
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with personalized recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring, just minutes from the best attractions. The bed was super comfy too!
The breakfast offerings could be improved, as the selection felt basic and repetitive. Also, the cramped dining area made it less enjoyable during busy times.

Fabulous location right in the heart of Valencia! I loved that all major sights were just a stroll away. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. Breakfast was convenient and the complimentary water refills are a great touch.
The breakfast area could use a bit more space, as it felt somewhat cramped during busy hours.

Staying here was a treat with the gorgeous historic architecture and super comfy bed that felt just like home. I loved unwinding by the cozy fireplace and enjoyed some quiet time on the balcony, soaking in the atmosphere. The only downside was that the shower could've been a bit larger, but it didn't mar my overall experience at all. 😊

The Superior Double Room we had was cozy and had a nice skylight for natural light. The bed was super comfy, which was great for a good night’s sleep. I did notice the room was on the smaller side, but it didn’t feel cramped. Plus, the personalized touch of having glass bottles in the room to refill water was a thoughtful detail. Overall, I felt the charm of the historic building really added to the experience.

Perfect spot in town with a suite that had a nice balcony. The room was comfy and clean with air conditioning. Bottled water was provided daily, and the bathroom was decent. Staff was really helpful and on point. Just loved that historic vibe throughout the place.

charming stay in a cozy space , but some improvements needed
The staff were incredibly attentive, providing personalized recommendations that made my visit memorable. I enjoyed the picturesque landmark view while having breakfast on the small terrace. The room's skylight filled the space with natural light, creating a welcoming ambiance.
